Project Description:
Pacific Crest Residences is a paired residential design project in Malibu, California, composed of two contemporary hillside homes that share a unified architectural language while responding individually to their sites and views. Together, the residences explore clean geometric massing, expansive glazing, layered terraces, and a restrained coastal material palette to create a seamless relationship between architecture, landscape, and the Pacific horizon. Defined by openness, light, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection, the project presents a refined interpretation of modern coastal living shaped by topography, privacy, and panoramic ocean views.
